What a great company to do business with. I wanted to order two flag poles, I was concerned about the shipping charges so I sent them an email in the evening. Early the next morning Andrew called and resolved the shipping price issues (I had been looking at oversize charges). order placed. However I neglected to realize the mounting brackets were separate, another email, another phone call within hours, my error in not ordering them, Andrew processed the order and sent them on their way.
