Well room and my father inlaw always look dirty,food comes in they do not even uncover or set up,he has 1 good arm,missed his eye exam which they assured me you would be seen,now somehow he fell out of bed,they didn't call his son or I they called grandaughter,when we called in the person at nurses station was rude and didn't appear to want bothered to explain the situation to us,not happy with this place or his care,he has a bed sore and ti be turned every 2hrs but never see them coming in,in fact never see an aide come in ... read more

This morning I ask for my wife breakfast the I can feed her and I have to go myself to the hallway and get it after 30 min and now for dinner I ask at 5pm because I want to feed her and is 545 pm and don't have yet.Today 24th October same situation I ask for my wife tray at 5pm still 6:10 and not dinner yet.

ATTENTION - do NOT allow your loved one to go there or stay there. All the negative reviews are accurate. Even further, my parent died as a direct result of their care or should I say lack of care! I first hand witnessed so many shady things with them. I was in active ligation with them over the death of my parent, but now they filed chapter 11 bankruptcy and they won't be held accountable for any of their actions! The facility is disgusting. Staff are rude and won't acknowledge patients or visitors. Patients belongings are stolen from them. Patients have call lights on for hours with no response. Patients are left sitting in soiled briefs and bed linens for hours. Patients scream for help during the night, fall out of bed and lay on the floor because staff won't respond The photos below are how the bathroom in her room was left for days until hospice services came in and demanded it be disinfected
