Unfortunately my experience is the same as many others. This company is a scam. They do not allow you to cancel subscription even if the subscription renewal has not been processed, which is my experience. Very shady and poor customer service- there are many other companies that do the same thing, best to choose one that is honest and legit.
This company is a scam, poor customer service and they don't allow you to cancel your subscription even if it was within 24 hours of purchase. I will never do business with them again once I'm done. Buyer beware.
This is a fraud because they do not refund the subscription and they auto-renew
