I would strongly advise anyone in Brrington Ridge to stay far away from Gettle Pools. The service we’ve received has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The technician assigned to our pool would spend maybe 5–10 minutes on site, never brushed the pool, and failed to clean the filter regularly. Despite being a brand-new saltwater pool (less than 6 months old), they allowed it to turn green with algae. Gettle pool maintenance is unmatched. Whenever we have any issues they’re the first to let us know, and find a solution. If you take any advice please reach out to Gettle for any construction, repair or maintenance needs.
I have been waiting over a week for just an email reply to schedule an appointment. I have submitted all my information yet not even a reply. I will look for someone else to give my money to. Greg
