Went for appointment on 2 seperate occasions for the office staff to insist that I did not have an appointment that day. They asked for appointment card for verification. But who carries those around with them. I brought appointment card back to reschedule appointment visit without so much as an apology for time or money wasted going to an appointment and was not honored. My Mom just had surgery and none of the processes in place have the best interest of the patient in mind. From not getting prescriptions for patient until discharge and coming within an hour of the pharmacy being closed. There were no specific written instructions for her to follow afterwards. The instructions were so generic that they could have been printed off the internet. The most disturbing issue was not being able to speak to a nurse or doctor about issues just after surgery. dr paul rush is the best dr i've ever known ,, he's done 3 surgeries on me and i can tell you he's a great dr ,,, and the best bedside manner known to man ,,,
I would highly recommend DR.PATRICIA MCHALE,if you need surgery for any type of surgery.She is a highly professional and compassionate doctor.I broke my hip from a fall and she replaced my hip,with a new one and i might add,it is as good as the original one god gave me.They all there at the clinic,are highly pros.And especially doctor mchale.I was a difficult patient,but she got me through it and i am feeling just fine.Thanks DR.MCHALE! charles i. brooks
This office did nothing to solve my issues. After spending over $800 over 3 visits they still could not tell me what my problem was.They could only pass me on to another medical office. Places like this give the medical profession a bad name. Too many staff members, very high cost and no results. The test were a joke and the diagnosis even a bigger joke. My referral is to go somewhere else!
Doctor Kutner and his staffs reputation far exceeds your average everyday orthopedists, The go out of their way to make you comfortable,He is very precise,and pushes the envelope to make sure that all your health needs and issues are addressed immediately and to the letter. I have been going to see Dr. Kutner for more than 20 Years and I wouldn't think of having another orthopedist address any of my medicinal concerns unless it be by his referral.

Dr. Oweida is the best orthopedic doctor in Charlotte and surrounding areas hands down. He takes the time to make sure not only you as a patient but your family also completely understand the care and/or procedure you are having. I had surgery and my 10 year old son was very worried. While I was in recovery Dr Oweida took the time after he talked with my family to get down on his knees and talk to my son on his level to reassure him that his mom was doing great.
