Erik did a great job repairing our bumper and took care of everything including the insurance. It looks brand new. Tia was very helpful when we called with questions and to get the repair status. We'll be back the next time we need a repair.
Our car was hit from behind while waiting at a red light on March 13th. The back of the car, the trunk, was absolutely smashed. After our insurance approved the repair, we decided to bring the car to Gettel Collision Center in Bradenton. Mr. Erickson took care of the process in fixing our car. I can't say enough good things about Arash Khoshi. He was my advisor while my car was being repaired and he kept in constant communication with me regarding timelines and any delays. He was compassionate and understanding and helped to make a difficult situation much easier. Thanks again Arash!
I dealt with Larry Allen Jr. He said it would take a week, but it only took five days. He kept me updated and was terrific. The office was terrific too. They did an excellent job. My car looks like new thank you
