Terrible Service and Quality - Twice Disappointed I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the service I received at this Toyota dealership. Horrible experience with Gettel Collision Center. The paint job was sloppy — overspray everywhere, paint drips on the edges, and the liftgate started malfunctioning after their work. The repair took way too long, required multiple visits, and still wasn’t done right. We had to chase them for updates, and when we got a response, it was vague or wrong. Bad experience. Larry was my advisor for a bumper replacement on my Lexus GS. He’s a cool dude actually, the problem isn’t him it’s management. The body tech didn’t replace the bumper retainers, and the bumper was hanging down by the headlights. They also painted it using Toyotas glitter paint, when mine is a matte finish. Awhile later, I got time to give the bumper attention and bring it back.
