Fast and courteous service
We had been having a problem with the hatch on our 2024 Tucson. We had the car at Gettel Hyundai and they could not fix it after having it for a week so they referred us to Gettel Collision on 14th St. We pulled into the parking lot and we're lucky to talk to Eric. He looked at it and said, Do you have 5 min? We were prepared to leave the car as before at Gettel Hyundai. He took the car and was back in 5 min as promised and it was fixed. Arash has been the absolute best to work with. He was in constant communications with us through this entire process and he also followed up with us to make sure we were completely happy with the results (and we were). Arash is the reason why this company will stay in business because he has great integrity and you feel that when you are working with him. I hope I never have another accident to deal with but I'm thankful Arash was whom we got to work with. Keep up the great work Arash.
I waited for a month and a half for repairs to be done. A month in they gave me a date it would be done then everyday after that date for a week and and half they told me tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I waited “on the day” and the work was horrible unfinished and I was giving no resolve.
