Larry Allen Jr (damage appraiser) did an excellent job throughout the entire repair process. He was extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and helpful from beginning to end. He patiently answered all of my questions in person, by phone, text, and email, and kept me informed about the repair status. Erik did a great job repairing our bumper and took care of everything including the insurance. It looks brand new. Tia was very helpful when we called with questions and to get the repair status. We'll be back the next time we need a repair.

Our car was hit from behind while waiting at a red light on March 13th. The back of the car, the trunk, was absolutely smashed. After our insurance approved the repair, we decided to bring the car to Gettel Collision Center in Bradenton. Mr. Erickson took care of the process in fixing our car.
