Amazing gym! Great workouts, super kind and welcoming people. I always go when I’m in town. If you live in Jacksonville you have to try!! If you want to get fit - Joe and Bruce can show you the way.

Great staff + great atmosphere = great gym. I dropped at the gym just because it was one of the few places that were opened on Sunday morning. Instead of a workout there was a Deka fit competition. Even if i had never been in one of those before the gym staff allowed me to join. It was great fun and great workout. Till the end of my bussines trip I worked out there every other day. P.S. Keep in mind that there are no showers in the gym, which would be the only area fir improvement.
