Purchased equipment and set up service online, using chat service and created an online account. Process went smoothly and the chat agents answered all my question Installed the system today and contacted customer service on chat and on the 800 number. Both representatives were very helpful and resolved my questions and concerns. Once the system was setup, the testing process was went very well and all monitoring agents were courteous and professional.
Customer service is better than the actual device. Also, your loved one has to remember to use the device (press the button or shout loudly into the speaker for help). The wall mounted speakers do not stick firmly to the wall. One strong tug of the alarm cord and it will fall off the wall.
