Customer service rep was Navi. She was very helpful. The units themselves are voice activated and the TV sets them off indirectly. The call 911 voice prompt is sketchy, it doesn't always work. The push buttons work ok. I'd give the unit a 5 out of 10. Don't rely on the voice activation only
GetSafe is a wonderful company! We change residence locations every 6 months with no problems at all.
