The Get Safe Alarm Has been a very positive experience. The alarms work allowing me to have one in different areas of my apartment as well as one that I hang in the shower as well as one by my bed. The staff are very responsive and on their toes, so to speak. In addition, if a battery is low on one of the alarms, the staff notify you that the battery must be changed. My experience with this company has been only positive and I do recommend them.
