I had a frustrating experience with this shipping company. They were not professional at all. When I inquired about the cleanliness of the trailer, they refused to accept it, insisting they needed an even cleaner trailer. It was really disappointing to deal with such unhelpful and unreasonable service. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable shipping.
