WORST BOAT RENTAL EVER!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! They have the worst customer service ever, I hadn’t even started my rental process and I was already treated poorly. Don’t waste your time! There are tons of other rental places out there who will treat you much better!

BEWARE! NO SCREENING FOR SAFETY ISSUES - I rented a boat in AZ from Allen. When out on the water, the trim would not keep the propeller in the water. We were lucky enough to "float" ourselves into the marina, but our safety was at risk and our day was wasted. Earlier, when we boarded, the motor had a hard time starting. Zero stars. I booked with Kyle several weeks ago. It was a small 7 person boat trip. We were being careful because of Covid. This was set for our autistic child and my fiancé’s 42nd birthday party. Kyle had said he preferred 3 hours minimum on his site but our child had never been on a boat before so we asked him if he could make an exception. Since he was autistic and very nervous. I booked a boat ride in honor of my wife's 40th birthday approximately a month early with GetMyBoat. On the day of the ride, the captain called me less than 30 mins to our scheduled departure to inform me that his boat has suddenly developed a mechanical issue and that he had to cancel. Imagine my frustration and that I had family and friends from out of town as guests for the boat ride was even more discomfiting. This is a long story (worth the read if you are looking to use GetMyBoat), one that I wrote to GetMyBoat Support, and out of a $1,270 bill they credited me only $250, when we missed our event, the boat broke down, and we all had to UBER back to Mission Bay. NEVER book a boat with Joe Corbisiero in San Diego,,, his boats are JUNK! My Email To Support: "Here is a breakdown of our rental experience with Joe Corbisiero and GetMyBoat. I expect a full refund. I tried booking a boat twice and both times the boat owner cancelled last minute with no consequences. I tried calling GetMyBoat and they did nothing to help out. Both times you pay the boat owners upfront and now it is going to take 10 days to get a refund. This business severely flawed and not reliable. I do not recommend anyone use them. They ruined my weekend.
