I had an appointment as part of promotion and free first treatment. GetHair team pounded me with scheduling messages and multiple calls. The day of appointment I arrived at the location which is located inside another business but it was closed. I called the office with response.. o jeez we have only person and it was raining so she decided to leave… ooops so a.)They don’t have any business. B) whatever they have they don’t care about it.
