Very poor service and never worked for our company. My company picked getfeedback to implement when we migrated to Salesforce Lightning. We had to postpone our Go Live 6 months. We immediately called GetFeedBack to get a contract extension so we could get our 12 months worth, but they declined and only would accommodate us if we picked 2 years. We went live with this service for 3 months and our CSAT's declined 50 percent. We reached out to Getfeedback support and they send you articles to read, rather than engage with you. ... read more
