I hired Brad to remove 3 trees. I will be there at 0830 on Saturday, there is no one ahead of you, and then he remarked he might sleep in a little.By 0930 I called him and no answer, and no message available, by 1030, he finally answered, but said he still had to finish with another client. I gave him the option of cancelling, but he guaranteed that he would be at our house before noon.
