A surprising find! We happily stumbled upon Getchell's a while back, and he has now done work on three of our vehicles: an F250, an Element, and an Impreza. My Legacy now has a new service home. He carefully explains what the problem is, how it will be repaired, and how much it it likely to cost. To say he is a good value is an understatement; his charges are very reasonable. And maybe most importantly, he clearly wants to be sure that we are both "on the same page" -- no mysterious explanations.
