Get Back has enabled me to complete my usual activities with out pain. I have put up with pain for years, not giving myself the time to change & do something about it. When hearing of 'Get Back ' it was time to look after my self. Get back is easy, precise & targeted to my individual needs. The Exercise Physiologists at ReconditionU have been wonderful in getting my body into peak condition for my sport. I have been attending this exercise physiology business for about 3 months. The exercise machines are great. There are only 6 of them and they are easy to use. The levels of pain in my neck and back have gone down so much since I started. Some days I almost feel as if I don't have back problems. I don't feel the need to visit an Osteopath anymore which to me is amazing. Adam(the manager) is a very nice person with a great sense of humour.
