Gave us two different locations for pick up. When we called to clarify where we were supposed to go, no one answered the phone. When we finally called another extension, they made us call 5 other people to figure out what the details were. When we finally got ahold of someone, they told us our bus wasn’t leaving until 15 minutes before the concert. Gave the wrong place to meetup, was late to the event, the worker called me telling we were leaving the place even tho I was in the bus. All in all it was very poorly done. Bus was clean and a smooth ride, that’s where the one star comes in

Paid for myself and my daughter to take the bus on June 2 from San Jose to Shoreline for a concert. When we go to the pickup location, an event was taking place and the street was blocked off and the bus was nowhere to be found. Pickup time was 3:15pm and the time came and went. I called Get2theevent's number and left a message but no call back. There was no update with a different pickup location. Used this service for a concert at Shoreline Amphitheater from Concord on June 2nd. Pick up was on time. Bus was clean, roomy, comfy seats, running AC. Was happily surprised that it was a large charter bus. Driver, Mike, was friendly and professional. Got to the event with time to spare and the bus was there when the event was over. Only complaint is that there should have been a description of what the bus would look like on the e-mail. Waited for 45 minutes, called, found out the bus was 45 plus minutes out...after reading the other reviews, sounds like a 1 is an accurate rating. Ended up driving and hoping (fingers crossed) for reimbursement.
