Rey saved my Eyevan 7285! True craftsmanship. Incredible service and skill. My titanium glasses broke right at the bridge, and I thought they were done for. Rey fixed them perfectly with laser welding—you can't even tell they were broken. Super professional, fast, and the quality of work is outstanding. Best place in the Bay Area for eyeglass repair!
I had a wonderful service experience with Get Your Fix Optics a year ago. This place is awesome, very clean, organize, staff friendly, competent and caring. So I’m happy to finally found a reliable choice for my eyewear needs plus to be always greeted by a beautiful and cute little furry doggie. This month Rey fixed issues on my prescription accuracy on my reading eyeglass not done properly by another establishment. Rey was exceedingly supportive and kind. Upon first call, I was able to make contact, discuss the issue with my eye glasses, and able to text a photo for an estimate. He responded within 5 mins with a reasonable quote and expected timeline for repair (45 mins). I wanted a second opinion, so I called SpecTek which was a lot longer wait to get in contact with someone, and an even longer duration to get an estimate (several days) after emailing photos. The sales associate at the Valley Fair Mall had suggested a consultation could result in the shipment of my glasses back to Italy for repair. Cedric provided stellar customer service - professional, friendly, on point & personalized guidance when I described a specific "look" I had in mind for my next pair of frames.
