Extremely grateful and beyond satisfied with the repairs done for our glasses. This business went above and beyond to ensure the parts were obtained for glasses that were already discontinued by Lindberg. They were able to fix my partners favorite pair of glasses and it wasn’t easy as the hinge screw is difficult to put in. Get your fix optics is a boutique optics shop that performs eye exam, fitting and eyewear repair. I was recommended by lens craft as they can’t fix the misalignment of my Ray Ban frame. It was such a pleasant surprise to find this gem. Rey is very professional and fixed my Ray Ban like new with in a few minutes.It was also almost off his working hour- he still did his work above and beyond. Great service and cute pet in the store!
Hidden gem! Parking lot was a total forest oasis. You won’t regret it. You get a lot more than just quick glasses repair, you also get friendship because they are really good people. Rey seemed to be one of the most knowledgeable experts I’ve ever met in this industry in 20 years I had glasses. He offered so much free glasses advice that I couldn’t believe he didn’t charge more. And it only took 45 minutes. Super affordable and a chill location to browse frame options and relax. Thanks again for everything!
When he got angry, my 4 year old grandson, threw my glasses and damaged it. I got reference of “Get your fix optics” at San Mateo and got my spects fixed by Owner cum technician Rey. I’m visiting from out of town and my sunglasses got damaged in my carry on bag due my own fault. I did a google search and Get Your Fix Optics was one of the nearby suggestions. I dropped in this morning to see if they could help and Rey greeted me immediately. I explained the issue. Rey said it wouldn’t be an issue and said they would be ready in half an hour. Rey did a fantastic job. He and his staff were all efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Get Your Fix Optics! Also, Zhara is the cutest doggie greeter!
