Excellent service! I had a plastic-frame pair of glasses that kept sliding down and touching my cheeks. They added adjustable nose pads, and the difference is amazing. My glasses are now comfortable, stable, and no longer slide down. The work was completed in just over 20 minutes, and the result looks very professional. I’m so happy I could keep the frame I love instead of replacing it. Highly recommend!
Rey was was able to fix a nose piece on my glasses same day. I wasn’t able to find any other eyeglass shops who could fix it. He has excellent customer service and seems very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business if you need high quality eyeglasses and/or repairs
This past Saturday I called Get Your Fix Optics in San Mateo. I needed some permanent nose pads installed on a new pair of prescription eye glasses. Their office was technically closed for the day but I was near by so they told me to go ahead and come in. When I explained that I was heading out of town, the owner, Rey agreed to fix the glasses that afternoon. Rey saved my Eyevan 7285! True craftsmanship. Incredible service and skill. My titanium glasses broke right at the bridge, and I thought they were done for. Rey fixed them perfectly with laser welding—you can't even tell they were broken. Super professional, fast, and the quality of work is outstanding. Best place in the Bay Area for eyeglass repair!
My husband has a favorite pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses that unfortunately have been discontinued, so we were incredibly excited to try and save them with replacement lenses. We headed to the mall to have the new lenses installed, but things quickly went downhill. One of the original lenses shattered during the process, and we were told one side of the frame may have possibly shrunk from sun exposure.
