Rey was exceedingly supportive and kind. Upon first call, I was able to make contact, discuss the issue with my eye glasses, and able to text a photo for an estimate. He responded within 5 mins with a reasonable quote and expected timeline for repair (45 mins). Absolutely stunning work, amazing accommodations, finding solutions to problems that no one else can. Added adjustable nose pads to glasses without it. Adjusted pitch of the end of the tempples of my glasses so I can finally wear over the ear headphones with them. Also found a pair of temples for my old glasses that no other store or even the brand themselves could get. Absolutely incredible resourcefulness!
Went here to get my favorite pair of glasses fixed. It was pretty bent up, but now they look great again. I’m so happy with how my glasses turned out! Rey was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to help. I genuinely enjoyed the experience. Plus, he has some great eyewear pieces in the shop too! Highly recommend!
