Great customer service! Unfortunately, my car broke down and was too expensive to repair and so I decided to replace it. I was shocked to find so many scrap metal years don't accept cars and those that do, expect the customer to deliver the car to them. I had no means to do that and thankfully came across this company. Not only did they pick up my car, they ended up giving me an extra $50 because they were slightly late to the organised time.
