I was very naive when I went there for my advanced open water. They told me I was required to buy hundreds of dollars worth of gear to complete the course, including weight belt and weights. I didn't know any better and did it only to realize later that I had been had. On top of that Kathy was extremely condescending to me during the pool session.

Worked for Kathy in '17, running her eBay shop. Had to connect my eBay account to hers, and after being treated incredibly rudely and being accused of trying to rip her off I quit. She never fulfilled her eBay orders and MY account was permanently restricted, because of HER incredibly poor business practices. Frankly, I thought the shop had closed down because I saw no sign last time I was down there but since Google Maps put the link to the business up, I'm leaving her a review.

I became certified through the 29 palms location. After a year and multiple calls and texts to managers and staff members I still had not received my certification card so I wanted a refund. I told them I didn’t want my card anymore, they would not even discuss a refund with me and I had to submit a BBB complaint and Kathy still mailed my card out after I told her I didn’t want her to and lied to the BBB and said the issue had been resolved when it had not been resolved.
