I can’t begin to express the level of my disappointment with this home health agency. I have a long-term disability with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. I need ongoing care, and the need will only be increasing as my disease progresses. All I have ever asked for is consistency in the visits or consistent communication, if there’s not going to be consistent visits. I have received neither. When I call to find out where my OT or PT visits are, the calls are either not returned or there is an explanation given concern... read more
