We have had a mixed experience at this clinic while some of the doctors are thoughtful and professional we have now had two separate interactions which have been dangerously insensitive. We will not be returning to this clinic and I could not in good conscience recommend it to anyone particularly young people or those with anxiety.
I’m new to the area and couldn’t find a bulk-billed GP. I made an appointment today, after reading all of the reviews of the clinic, and I’m really glad that I did. I was seen by Dr Roshan Ashraf, who is new to Australia from Dubai. She was excellent! Really thorough, extremely empathetic and professional. She listened really well and gave me an appropriate examination for my symptoms. Absolutely not recommended,, I was really sick, Flu, fever, bone pain, throat infection,and she told me to rest and drink water, and all I can give you is panadol, whichi could get it in pharmacy no need to see doctors and pay for visits, I had 11 bad nights and days to get a bit better, at same time two of my other friends who had same illness they went to different clinics and them doctors give them strong tablets they got fixed in 5 days and they tablets and them flu were much easier to handle bcz of the tablets them doct... read more
Easily the best, most caring, patient focused medical clinic I’ve ever been to. From the lovely smiles and warm welcome from the team in reception, through to the amazing and thorough care from the Dr’s. I see Dr Hewson the most. I just have a great connection wth him and he has literally changed and improved my quality of life with his non judgemental approach to my pain management.
