I've been going since it opened, and the doctors, nurses, and staff are very professional and helpful.
Very grateful to the nurses, doctors and team at Get Well Clinic. The doctors are very thorough and nursing service is amazing. The reception staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Truly great service in Healesville.
I strongly recommend that people avoid this clinic. The "rudeness" that other reviewers refer to does not even begin to cover it. The dishonesty of the clinic when trying to cover their behaviour is stunning. Note also the threats that the clinic makes to people giving negative reviews, and assume that the clinic is worse than its reviews suggest. Dr Conway was excellent, but it's a long time now since she worked at Get Well Clinic.
We have had a mixed experience at this clinic while some of the doctors are thoughtful and professional we have now had two separate interactions which have been dangerously insensitive. We will not be returning to this clinic and I could not in good conscience recommend it to anyone particularly young people or those with anxiety.
I’m new to the area and couldn’t find a bulk-billed GP. I made an appointment today, after reading all of the reviews of the clinic, and I’m really glad that I did. I was seen by Dr Roshan Ashraf, who is new to Australia from Dubai. She was excellent! Really thorough, extremely empathetic and professional. She listened really well and gave me an appropriate examination for my symptoms.
