Five stars, no question. After being turned away last-minute from another laundromat, we drove six minutes to Get The Funk Out Laundromat and arrived just after 8:00 PM. The attendant was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She told us not to worry at all—that a short grace period is completely normal and that this is exactly what “last wash” is for. This place is a dump. I went in to do my laundry and accidentally left my keys inside. Okay, I know it's my problem. I wanted to stop the machine and I couldn't (it works in other laundromats). Then the girl came and told me that... I was going to pay for the machine, so I turned it off, took out my keys (it had only been 1 minutes since it started washing), and then I took out my keys, closed the washing machine, and it kept wanting to wash again, and then it said I need to pay again, and man, I just paid. I am from out of town and only wanted to wash and dry one load of laundry. I had to purchase a card for $1 to load money onto and that card was advertised on the machine as a $1 "deposit" but when I asked for my dollar back at the end, the woman said they don't do that. Annoying to have to buy a card for a single transaction. One of the employees walked me over to a machine to show me how it worked. It had a price of around $3.75 to wash. Very nice laundromat clean and the customer service was excellent Sarai was super helpful and explained the process definitely a nice professional clean place for doing laundry
You can do your laundry yourself or drop it off and pick it up later. Great staff who are not only helpful, but very knowledgeable.
