Their PA system for the instructor is not good. You can't understand what the women instructors are saying. It sounds like they are screaming through an old-timey radio and you can't understand a thing. I used to like going here. But I don't agree with their policies. Like, why do the rides packages I buy expire in XX days? What could possibly be the purpose of that? It makes no sense other than making non-regulars spend more money.
