I’ve been coming to Get Sweat for a while now and it’s honestly one of the most welcoming, inclusive fitness spaces I’ve experienced. The instructors are motivating, the energy is amazing, and people from all backgrounds show up and feel comfortable here. My daughter had a bad experience at SWEAT Cycling and left feeling disappointed. The issue was not just what happened, but how it was handled. I expected better customer service and professionalism. My concern is not the phone policy itself — it’s that another rider was allowed to shout aggressively, “Put your phone away,” during the 2-minute break Jess gave, while Jess herself was using her phone at that time. Love this place! I used to visit the GetSweat studio in San Fernando regularly before I moved out of the area. I’m so happy that they opened this heated spin studio in Santa Clarita so that I can go when I visit SoCal. I love the sense of community and the positive encouragement from everyone including the instructors, staff and management. I wish I could go more often!
Very upsetting disappointing experience. After months of attending without a single issue, I suddenly received a formal warning about “ongoing disruptions”. Something that was never once communicated to me before. No direct feedback, no conversation, just a blanket message that I could lose the ability to attend classes, based on a single word spoken in class the day before.
