This morning starts a new weight loss journey for me! I'm not going to beat myself up for putting on weight but rather celebrate how far I have come!!! I have the support of the women in this organization, my family and friends! I have done it once!!!! I can do it again!!!!! Focus, be consistent, eat clean!!!! After the workout Robyn and Katica put me through the last two days...I think I'm too tired to eat anyway!!!!
Everyone gsg is the place to be. We workout motivate each other. She is taking our workouts to another level.#badestchics
