I’ve been coming here with my bestie, we love getting salty!
My family and I have been coming here for a year. We have made halotherapy, red light therapy and the sauna part of our wellness regimen and we've had much less down time from illness. The facility is clean, inviting, and relaxing which is also nice for just having some downtime away from the craziness of life.
Went again this morning. Friendly staff, very clean facilities, very much enjoy the sauna experience. Looking forward to my float appointment next Saturday
I had my first float experience at Get Salty & Lit and I really enjoyed it. It was very relaxing in a very clean, calm space!
