All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful! Everything is spotless and I leave rejuvenated after each visit!

I can’t rave enough about the salt sauna at Get Salty and Lit! Not only does the sauna have color therapy and heat, but also has a 25 minute salt infusion which helps clear my sinuses. Afterwards I always feel renewed and relaxed. Also there are showers available with lovely face wash to refresh afterwards
Great facility, clean, employees very helpful and professional. I do red light therapy and the salt therapy. I use both for inflammation in my body. So many benefits for your health.
Visiting Get Salty & Lit has improved my breathing & headaches. After an infrared therapy session I feel less stress & more relaxed. I enjoy the boost to my immune system also. I recommend trying this & feeling the benefits for yourself!
