I love this place! I've been going here for several years and I have found that the halo infared sauna helps me in so many areas. It's contributed to weight loss, improvement in my acne prone skin, and the Halotherapy has helped keep a cough I used to get yearly at bay. The staff is friendly and the place is super clean and inviting. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health!!

The infrared sauna + halo therapy is amazing! Through my travels I tend to breathe in a lot of dust & the halo therapy helps clear out my lungs. The sauna itself is amazing too and really makes my skin glow!
