Frequently cancels shifts day of, or day before, leaving you in a panic on trying to find alternate way to work or appointment or cancel costing money. Once i was left stranded 40 min away from home without my mobility aid as they cancelled the support bringing me home from work with no notice and wouldnt arrange another support for later that evening. Really poor communication. They set up a meet and greet but never showed up! I tried several times to contact them to see what happened but didn't get a response until days later then they tried to blame me and said rhey tried to contact me to cancel. They did not contact me at all. Do not recommend them!
Really poor and unscrupulous business, do NOT trust a thing they tell you! Just one of the many dodgy NDIS related businesses going around.
The support workers (sw) are great and do anything I want them to. The Get Readii Group helped me shift and un pack everything into my new place. They were very helpful and very reliable. If I had to shift again I would ask them to do it again. The sw were marvellous they put together flat tops and lounge suites for me. They unpacked everything. They are also great for companionship and transportation to hospital appointments. I give them 5 stars for helping me through everything. A great provider.
