If you need service on your generator because it is not working, call Get Power Now…. Steve and Mike are Kohler certified. (very important when you have someone working on your Kohler Generator.) immediately Mike figured out the issue within minutes upon looking at my Generator. The most impressive thing was that he had all the parts needed on his truck to repair the issue today. I had a great experience working with Steve. He kept his word on the pricing, arrived as scheduled, was thorough and patient throughout the permitting process. Thanks to his efforts, my house now has backup power that has been thoroughly tested and inspected. I am a very happy customer who sleeps better at night and during thunderstorms knowing that I have backup power.

Great company and people to deal with. We had a situation where another company installed a generator improperly and it did not work. We tried numerous times over months to try and have these issues resolved with the original company to no avail. Steve came out showed us what needed to be done to fix the issues and a week later he came out and made everything right, Not only that but after 6 months it was working. I cannot recommend or thank them enough. Great communication, fair price and prompt service.

Steve at GPN is the best, he replaced a Briggs genset that was a total pos I had purchased from a once respectable company. His price was fair, his service was perfect and his follow ups were spot on. I can not say enough good things.
