I just got home from my piercing with Get Polished and realized that my appointment was booked for tomorrow and not today. When I walked in, I said I had an appointment for today. Katelyn didn’t have me written down and said it was scheduled for tomorrow, not today. But instead of being rude, she immediately met me with kindness and humility!! First/only piercing done here, service was professional and thorough but unfortunately I would’ve loved the honesty that I didn’t have the right anatomy for an industrial piercing before it was done. (Only figured this out a couple months ago) After three years of consistent cleaning (twice/three times a day) and sleeping on the opposite side, avoiding any pressure, and going in for a piercing downsize, my bumps have never gone away.
