My husband surprised me this past weekend with a cruise for my birthday and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Randy was an amazing captain. The yacht was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for the 6 of us. Lots of space to lay in the sun or sit in the shade. I even got sunflowers for my birthday. We all had a blast and I highly recommend Randy if you are thinking of doing a charter. I am sure we will travel with him again.
What an amazing day on the water. I booked with Randy for my wife’s birthday and what a great day it was. When we boarded the boat Randy had a “Happy Birthday” banner hanging inside the boat and presented my wife with a bouquet of beautiful flowers. This guy is a scammer. He requested a $250 deposit for a cruise and due to family emergency I needed to cancel the booking with 3+ weeks advanced notice, he refused to return my money stating there are no refunds. Deposits are meant to cover losses for last minute cancelation not when you have been given over 3 weeks notice, that is theft. I will be reporting him, I would never book with someone with shady slimy business practices such as this. Do not book with this service. Captain Randy is so helpful and friendly. I selected a date last year and had an issue and couldn’t make the date. He held my deposit for over a year and honoured it when we were ready to sail in 2024. My family of 4 had the best day ever out on Lake Ontario. His boat is so clean and spacious for us all to spread out. He brought a floating mat out and the kids loved jumping off the boat and floating on the mat. Guaranteed repeat customer here!!! We’ll be booking again with extended family. 5/5, great Captain!!
