The parts are OEM but the shipping department could use some attention.
Excellent service from the order process team, as I had ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, based on Ford's current listings. Ashley caught my error and emailed right away to let me know the error, get the order corrected, and advise of the price difference. The price was great for a genuine OE Ford part, although the shipping cost seemed a bit excessive. Still happy with the purchase and will use them again.
order 575022 ordered on 7-16-26 charged $36.12 for the part charged $17.10 for shipping still have not received it 7-21-26 , for the price of shipping this should be here. Small part no weight to it. Something is wrong should find a better shipper for that price.
