Made 1pm appointments for myself and my elderly mother. Not ready for us. Restroom in salon out of order. Had to walk said elderly mother to the mall restroom with her walker which took 20 minutes. They still weren’t ready. Sat us in spa chairs at 1:30. But still not ready. At 1:45 they put water in my mothers basin and asked me to move so they could accommodate someone else!!! This is the worst service I have ever experienced here. They are usually slow, but this is ridiculous. This is the very last time I will use them.

My daughter made one o’clock appointments for a mani-pedi for me and a pedicure for herself. We arrives promptly but we were told to wait. I had to use the restroom but was told the facility in the salon was out of order. My daughter had to walk myself and my walker halfway across the mall to the restroom which took a good 20 minutes. Tiffany does a wonderful job on nails her experience and expertise is way beyond any nail tech I have ever seen, not only is she creative but she also makes every set of nails perfect and how the customer wants them. I highly recommend doing your nails with Tiffany. I have been doing my nails with her since I was sixteen and she has never failed me always great service! She is a true artist!
