My appointment time was 10:00. I arrived at 10:07. I sit down Zynaya puts the foil on my nails to soak off the gel polish. She took off the foil, scraped and used the coarse file to remove the rest of the gel polish. Then she wiped my nails with the alcohol and was about to put the clear coat on until I pointed out to her that there was still polish on several of my nails and my nail bed was scratched up from her using the coarse nail file but all she had to do was let my nails soak about 2 more minutes. I go to Zynaya ! She's amazing . I get my pedicures done by her as well as my nails ! She takes her time & I absolutely love that !!! The owner was so welcoming! The vibe in there is definitely comforting! Very respectful , professional & they made me feel like family in a good way ! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Chrisawn was amazing!!! I was looking for a new nail tech and I decided to try Get Nail’D… I booked for the Freaky Friday experience (a late night appointment) and the experience was great, good vibes , music, mocktails and my nails turned out to be everything I wanted them to be. Customer service was great and very welcoming!! Thanks Chrisawn for a great experience and I will be back!!

I had a fantastic experience with Chrisawn at the salon in Town Center, Virginia Beach! The salon itself is very clean and professional, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Chrisawn was incredibly detail-oriented with both my manicure and pedicure—she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I truly appreciated her precision and care.
