Ordered parts from their website, which was lost by FedEx. No big deal, I'll simply request a refund and they can deal with FedEx regarding the lost package, right? Wrong. After asking for a refund instead of replacement parts they went completely silent, not responding to emails. I filed a PayPal claim, which they also never responded to, and ultimately after three weeks of no response PayPal ruled in my favor. Disappointing.
