Do not use this braider!!! I had my deposit stolen by Jasmine. Showed up for my appointment and checked the door…it’s locked. Called and texted and no response. She left me high and dry, took my money and also stole time and gas money as far as I’m concerned. I had used her once before so I trusted her, but even then she didn’t communicate she was going to be late and had me out there waiting. Just about the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a braider. You don’t do people like that!

I had an appointment scheduled on July 8th @10am. I was a little confused on the hair to purchase due to her advertisement stating that the hair was not included in her Specials. So I texted on July 3rd to ask which brand and how many packs should I purchase. Well she responded the morning of my appointment and then about an hour later cancelled the appointment due to an emergency with her daughter. I used this shop before and had a great experience. But unfortunately I will not be going back. I had booked an appointment, and on the morning of my appointment, was asked to push the time back due to another client that the stylist was still working on. I had an appointment scheduled for 7/18 at 11:30a. She text me at 11:22a stating that she was “caught up” and was not going to make it into the shop. At that point, I just pulled into the parking lot and it’s a 25 minute drive from my house. She offers to refund my deposit, reschedule me, and offer a discount. I had an appointment July 3, 2024 at 1pm. I booked Monday and paid a $20 deposit. She confirmed for me via email. I showed up to her door 5 minutes early. It was dark and the door was locked. Like anyone would I text and called her. No response. I even gave a 15 minute grace period for a service I knew at this point I would not receive. I am very disappointed.
