Absolutely one of the best contractors we've ever worked with be it for private homes or commercial work. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if you need anything done. Work is very reasonably priced and the work is QUALITY. He did a remodel for us and also a lot of fine carpentry work. THE most responsive contractor we've ever dealt with hands down, even if he can't make it on a certain day, he actually lets you know asap which definitely can't be said for a lot of other contractors that have you waiting around for them... read more
We are very pleased with our kitchen remodel. We removed a wall, moved plumbing and electrical, changed a window, changed doorways replaced flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Dave Smith, the contractor, was very knowledgeable and confident. His pricing is fair and reasonable and he is easy to communicate with. He does great work.
