I've been waiting on one part for my 2017 Ford Fusion for almost a MONTH now. I need my trunk fixed!! I definitely don't recommend them. I understand the mail being behind, but this is flat out ridiculous. I'm calling the owner of the dealership I purchased my car from about finding somewhere else to get my car fixed (it's on them my trunk is broke anyways) considering they refer this place to customers, they sure do show poor communication and commitment!!
