Excellent instructors. Excellent diet plans and follow up. The staff truly care about the progress of the clients. You are constantly encouraged and followed on your progress. They are determined to get results. The atmosphere in the gym is always motivating and pleasant. Everyone is always encouraging one another. Seeing lots of results in everyone daily.

I joined Get in Shape for Women for all of the reasons that they offer, weight training with a certified trainer, cardio excercise and nutrition counseling, all with supportive accountability to self. The staff and the members give me a sense of support and the drive to stick to the goals that I have set for myself. I would highly recommend Get in Shape for Women and particularly the Newburyport location if it is local for you.

I'm a member at Get In Shape for Women in Medford and the atmosphere and staff are amazing. The trainers know my goals and they know me by first name. I like that I have accountability and they make sure that your exercise technique is perfect. I couldn't be happier with the service. I'm already down 4lbs in just two weeks of being a member!
