The trainers provide one on one attention even thou we are training in a small group. Fun, friendly and supportive environment. The other clients are all working towards a healthy goal too. The environment fosters real comradery.
Good camaraderie, personalized service, convenience. I've been going 3-4 times per week for the past three years, which is a much better record than I ever racked up at any conventional gym I've ever belonged to. 25 minutes of strength training, 25 minutes of cardio and you're in and out in an hour.
