We had a Hummer booked in at 5pm for our Year 12 formal, it was 5.10pm and we were at the pick up location waiting, I decided to call them to see where they were at, and once they answered we were told that the driver had cancelled and that they were not able to pick us up, this obviously ruined our whole Pre-Formal. I will say the service from the woman over the phone was excellent, but I still can’t give anything more than a 1 star, as you still literally didn’t turn up nor did you even notify us that you weren’t coming, r... read more

Unfortunately, the driver did not respond to the phone call to tell him about the change of address for pick up. As a result we missed out on 30 minutes of our booking which we had pre paid. Very disappointing service.
