Goes around giving false one star reviews to local company’s that go above and beyond for their customers. If you’re going to try and slander other companies don’t own your own.

Only been going here a little over a month now and I can already feel a difference. My mobility has improved a lot but I still have a ways to go. My strength is improving. While frustrating I can't go heavy weight on some lifts I understand why because they explain everything. Something hurts or doesn't feel quite right they have a stretch to help. Mike and Katie have been great. I just signed up to add the nutrition so it's only going to get better as the weight starts to fall off. So far, I am happy with my choice.

Mike and Katie are the best! I have been working on my health and fitness with them for the last 8 months and feel so much better than I did before. I still have a ways to go, but I know they can get me there without causing injuries. That was super important to me since I’ve struggled with bad low back pain for many years. I would say that they are truly a blessing to have here in bastrop!

What can be said about Mike Lusby. Unfortunately nothing good. He was removed as a USS State Rep after multiple incidents involving berating a vendor to the point of tears at a USS show, and physically threatening to choke slam a former client and ban him from all future USS shows. He was fired from his gym, Big Tex, for these actions and others. That's why he ended up in Bastrop and had to open his own gym, not by choice. Programming was consistently late and never on time.
