Their website is a scam. I ordered >$400 of shirts which I never received, my emails and voicemails went unanswered and nobody picks up the phone during operating hours.
Do not order from here. I ordered multiple items over three months ago. I have not received anything. Despite multiple emails and direct messages through social media, I am still being ignored. I just want my items or a refund. This process has been very frustrating.
Poor customer service. Ordered on June 12 and they still haven’t shipped my order. Sent me a tracking number on June 14. Canada Post never picked it up. Emailed these guys and they said it was “delayed.” Called and emailed and nobody seems to like answering the phone. Absolutely garbage service.
Just an overall great experience dealing with everyone at GFC. I ordered a mystery package for in store pick up but scheduling the pick was difficult so they shipped it to me on the house even after I insisted on paying. And to top it off, I could not be happier with what I got. The value and quality was out of this world. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a good fit to shop at GFC.
Very good staff and very good products. All unique and made by the company clothing highly recommended 👌
