We had Mike shampoo our sectional couch this past winter. I couldn’t get a pricing through via phone so he came to our house and looked at it himself for a more accurate pricing. He was very accommodating, knowledgable, friendly and his pricing was competitive!! A couple businesses I had inquired with were a lot more than him. He communicated and worked well, clean and was out of our house in a timely manner. Definitely would use him again and refer him to family and friends!!!
Mike gave us the best service at the best price! He did our move-out carpet cleaning (with stain treatments) and cleaned the upholstery of a second hand couch we'd purchased. He even cleaned our door mats for free! He went above and beyond and the price was extremely affordable for me as a single mom and college student at the time. I will be comming back to Get Fresh for any cleaning needs I have in the future!
Had my carpets cleaned by them back in 2024 and they were professional, did a good job, accomodating and were very nice. However, they missed the corners of my carpets near the baseboards.
Very pleased with Get Fresh Clean's service. Messaged them on Christmas Eve, not expecting a reply until the new year but no they replied and then booked us in for today (day after boxing day). Our carpets look great. Thank you!
