Erica Hughes at Get Fit Guaranteed is the absolute best trainer I have ever had. She transformed a 58 year old woman that weighed 240 pounds into a 150 pound power house! I cannot get over it. I thought I was done! She also taught me how to eat clean and healthy. I recommend her to everyone I know!
