I have been working with Selva for almost a year now. It's been so much fun and he is so friendly. We now have a special workout for our office to come each week, which has been great. Highly recommend reaching out if you want results and a great inclusive environment

I love coming to Selva’s classes every week! Selva is awesome, funny, and always so energetic and push you to do your best. I’ve done lots of various classes in different gyms over the past few years but always find it boring and lose motivation quickly because it’s not personal and there is no accountability. However, since I’ve started with Selva beginning of this year I’ve been going diligently and always look forward to his class!
