get a membership here if you don’t like having money
I really want to love this gym. It might be old but it’s specious and has many things to offer. Staffs are also great. But it is really really dirty. Been going here for 4 years and I have never ever seen them vacuuming. So much dust everywhere & spider webs. And the female shower room is a disaster. The smell of mold, the dirty matt, you can clearly say that they never clean it. I wonder who is managing this place. I wish they could just take care cleaning it. Anyways looks like it’s time to change the gym.
update (April 2026): It seems Get Fit Davis has little or no budget for maintenance. Discussions with employees seem to indicate they agree. Example: One (1) set of pedal straps for the 5(?) Precor bicycle machines. 1 of the 2 straps frequently pops off because it doesn't match the pedal. original review (fall 2025) "20% Broken Machines?? say What? probably 1/5th or more of the machines are broken: missing cables, missing straps to hold your feet to pedals, software that is not working, etc. The owners ACTIVELY inhibit users... read more
