It’s my mission to ensure you leave class with the ability to combat any potential danger. These One hour Kickboxing and Self Defense Classes are great for all skill levels!

I’m hooked with my kickboxing classes!!! Melinda is a great instructor, she makes sure we get a great workout and works with each one at their level. In just a few months I feel stronger and more confident. We are working out and learning to defend ourselves at the same time. Classes are super fun, lots of laughs. Try one of her classes, you will not regret it!!
Absolutely skilled instructor, very quick and skilled in assessing your skills and progress and tweaking things to really push you. very supportive class full of supportive women. this is probably the best stress relief I have had in a couple of years. would absolutely recommend.
Melinda is great! I’ve gotten more limber, stronger and confident within a matter of a few months. I appreciate that she works at each person’s level of fitness. It’s always the highlight of my mornings!
This class is so much fun! I’ve worked out for many years but I get a great workout and I am learning how defend myself at the same time. I really forget I am exercising. If you want to get fit and you want to kick a**, this class is for you.
