This was my very first stretch session, and it was amazing! The room was very serene, and Mateen was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He relieved so much of my tension from the moment he started. I left feeling ecstatic, energized, and with so much more freedom of movement. I've been on cloud nine ever since! The entire experience exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!
The massage was great, The back of my leg was in pain for about a month, I got a massage yesterday and it no longer hurt at all. I went to the gym and worked out. I felt no pain at all. I will be getting a massage every month by Mateen he is Great
