I Love Get Fit. I have been a member for nearly 10 years. Their equipment is all up to Par and its almost like having my own personal gym. At one point during my membership the owner knew I was very busy taking care of my mother (who has passed away now) and I had not used my membership in a long time. They graciously canceled my membership so I would not continue being charged each month. I rejoined and I am still loving it!! Thanks Get Fit!!

Like the other review, they will not cancel my membership. We are moving out of the area and I came by mid September and filled out paperwork to cancel. I was told by the employee I would still be charged for October but would not be charged after that. Yesterday I was charged for November, called and the employee told me the owner had to fix it and no one else could. No ETA and no call back or email from owner. My son signed up for a monthly membership and tried to cancel it after 2-3 months. He filled out paperwork that we have copy. However, the owner keeps charging his account. Every time we go in to talk to someone at gym, we leave message and no one calls us back and no one knows the manager or owner name. I am going to have to block them for fraud at bank and maybe file legally and report at BBB. This place seems very unprofessional and shady.
