I’m extremely disappointed with how my membership cancellation has been handled. I moved from Tracy to Sacramento in September 2024, and called 24/7 Gym in Tracy twice to cancel my membership. I understand that they do allow cancellations for members who move outside a certain radius, but I was told I had to physically come into the Tracy location and provide proof of my move. BIG shout out to Jared Williams! I had so many discrepancies having moved out of town to cancel my membership but Jared was so kind and helpful and communicative thru the process in person. His professionalism was top notch and he helped me every step of the way. Good to know this place is in good hands and although it sucks to leave I’ll always appreciate the privacy and amenities (24 hour) this gym provided.
Went in after shopping around for a gym to go to in town. Logan was super helpful and informative. Gave me a tour, all the details that I needed. I was sold on this gym after hearing about all the perks. Super appreciate Logan doing an outstanding job and taking the time to go through all the amenities and pricing options when I asked.
Aida is a life saver!!! Forgot my Rolex in the bathroom and she returned it!!!!
Went in one day to check out the gym and get information and I believe one of the workers, Aida was extremely helpful and professional. She explained things thoroughly and just super nice overall😊
