Fantastic local gym in a great location! I found this place via classpass while visiting for work and found this spot to be an ideal neighborhood gym with all the equipment, free weights and accessories I could possibly ask for. Jay was super kind and welcoming, the vibe and music is always right, and my positive experience here really made my time in Louisville feel good.

Easy day pass sign up online and getting in after hours was a breeze! The perfect gym during our vacation from home! Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

A couple weeks ago, we visited Louisville for two days. In need of a workout on an elliptical, during those two days, I tried Jays World of Fitness 24/7 gym on a day pass. I was delighted. Jay is cool, I’m telling you (enthusiastic, considerate, likable). There were three clean, like new elliptical machines. I chose the one closest to my home elliptical, and it was just what I needed.

Jay's World of Fitness strikes a great balance between a welcoming atmosphere and an excellent selection of equipment. The gym is well-maintained, clean, offering a variety of machines and free weights that cater to both beginners and seasoned lifters. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help or provide advice on workout routines. Prices are reasonable, making it accessible. Overall, Jay's World of Fitness provides a fantastic environment and I recommend for any locals in the area looking for a new gym.
