Going back to the gym has been very smooth, thanks to the easy monthly signup. Jay has been incredibly helpful, and I see him often, when I regularly pop in. The rest of the staff has always been kind. I'm thankful for these amazing weights and machines to strengthen my mind and body. Terrific place.

Really enjoying the gym so far. I enjoy supporting local businesses and having a 24/7 gym is always clutch and comes in handy. It has a nice array of gym equipment to get the job done. It’s nice and tidy!!! It’s ample space and the gym community and regulars are friendly. It seems Jay is always finding ways to make his gym better, which is appreciated and show his level of care and commitment to his craft.

Fantastic local gym in a great location! I found this place via classpass while visiting for work and found this spot to be an ideal neighborhood gym with all the equipment, free weights and accessories I could possibly ask for. Jay was super kind and welcoming, the vibe and music is always right, and my positive experience here really made my time in Louisville feel good.
